Job Summary

An excellent opportunity currently exists for a talented Oncologist to join a leading service provider to the pharmaceutical industry at Medical Director level. This will be a very visible role reporting into the VP Medical and Scientific Affairs with excellent opportunities for career progression.

Responsibilities

Working as part of the oncology team the successful candidate will be accountable for providing continuous medical monitoring during study conduct, answering site questions on inclusion/exclusion criteria and evaluating Severe Adverse Events and Adverse Events. They will also be supporting the study design and generation of study protocol and further study documents (e.g. CRF, informed consent etc.)and will also be assuming responsibility for the ethical aspects of the study. In this exciting role, you will contribute to discussions with regulators and investigators as well as opinion leaders. Supporting the feasibility group in developing the feasibility plan and in selecting countries and sites will also be part of your responsibilities.

Education/Experience

MD with specialisation in Oncology/Hematology
Extensive clinical experience in the Oncology/Hematology field
Experience in basic/academic trials (PI/Co-Investigator)
