My Client who is a Global Pharma company is currently seeking to recruit for a Demand Manager to join their Trade Management team. 

The principal duties of this role include

Responsibility for forecasting and demand planning, maintaining correct stock levels and packaging compliance. 

Maintaining regular contact with Key Stakeholders and contributors to the forecast, including Marketing, Commercial, Supply Policy, Sales, Replenishment Centre and Customer Services.

Preparing forecast and commentary for the annual Plant Budget Cycle and communicates significant changes to plant by email.

Using DSS and weekly sales history reports to pro-actively address items with forecast error above target.

Coordinating, to maintain supply in Regulatory compliance, implementation of artwork changes with supplying plants. Plans and coordinates changes in packaging or re-labelling of existing inventory in coordination with Regulatory Affairs/Artwork Officers, Marketing, Plants, Replenishment Centre and Distribution.

Preparing and disseminating weekly stock availability and other management reports e.g. short dated stock.

Previous knowledge of SAP would be a distinct advantage has would an excellent technical knowledge of Microsoft Excel, DSS, Oracle and Manugistics. 
 

Proven experience within a similar role is essential.

The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level preferably within a Pharmaceutical/Life Science background.
