ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Due to continued growth on existing accounts and recent new business wins, this is a great opportunity to get stuck into a diverse range of ethical accounts, building strong client relationships with new partners.

Reporting into the Managing Director and working closely with a dedicated client service team, the candidate will be confident and enthusiastic, who is capable of managing educational and promotional projects both locally and globally.

Successful candidates will need to be:

 

Exceptional client management skills to lead and manage an account team and deliver an efficient, effective and profitable service. Responsible for growth and profitability of assigned accounts, attains annual revenue and contribution margin targets. Creates a team environment that facilitates: mutual respect and partnership across functions; quality thinking; appropriate risk taking; strong internal communications; and regular performance feedback. Leads account service and cross discipline agency team in developing and delivering exceptional programs, flawlessly executed while meeting client needs. Demonstrates passion for the best creative product. Troubleshoots conflicts with senior clients and team members Develops and delivers compelling client presentations and new business presentations Have Clients respect so that they value their judgment and often defer to your recommendations Encourage Clients to proactively and continuously share data, information, insights, NPD and strategic problems   The role will really suit those who have a genuine desire to join and lead a team within one of the most creative advertising agencies in healthcare.  With an increasing pipeline of both new and existing business, this truly is a great time to join the agency and in return a competitive basic salary and generous benefits package are on offer.
