Ideal position for a QA Manager looking to work in an EU capacity with greater exposure to strategy.
COMPANY BACKGROUND:
Very much an up and coming pharmaceutical who have global presence but still that close-knit, growing feel to it. With offices across Europe and globally they currently have 6 products at market across a range of therapeutic areas and medical devices. With a strong share price and solid pipeline this is a motivated, positive place to work and will offer long-term security and progression as they continue their expansion.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Joining this growing QA & Technical Support division as their EU QA Manager you will be involved across both hands-on and management aspects. Working from their West London/Middlesex HQ you will:
· Quality Assurance activities – QMS and GxP activities
· Quality Systems – Implement and maintain
· Regulatory aspects – CMC section of marketing authorisation
· Line Management – 3 members of the QA team (associates)
Ideally suited to those with strong communication skills looking for a rewarding position with future prospects. Excellent mix across hands-on QA aspects, line management and divisional strategy.
SKILLS DESIRED:
· Proven Quality Assurance background (GCP, GMP, GDP)
· Exposure to line management ideally
· EU or Global Pharma exposure
· Life science degree
Commutable Locations: West London (Middlesex, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, London)
Salary: Circa £40k - £50k + £7k car allowance + bonus + benefits
