Summary
An exciting opportunity for a bilingual life science graduate, ideally with some experience from a Pharmacy, Hospital or Medical Information setting, to join one of the biggest Pharmaceutical companies in the world. You must be able to speak and write fluent Italian (and English), and it would be an advantage if you can speak some German as well.
The Role
Based in a busy office, you will join the Medical Information team, where calls and e-mails come through from healthcare professionals and members of the public regarding a range of drug products. Using various internal resources and your own knowledge, you will respond to medical information queries and will get the chance to specialise in certain therapeutic areas in order to provide the best possible customer service.
This will be a fun, enjoyable and challenging role requiring the highest possible standards of customer service and professionalism. Gaining experience in Medical Information will also set you on a varied and profitable career path.
Experience
You must have a strong Life Science or Pharmacy background (degree preferred), with some experience gained in a communication-focused role. You must have an excellent telephone manner and written communication skills and the ability to handle a variety of enquiries. You MUST be able to speak and write Italian, and if you know any German it would be very helpful.
