A Global Medical Communications Agency is actively searching for an Account Executive or Project Co-ordinator to support their medical education division in Berkshire. This multi award winning agency has recently won a multitude of new business accounts, providing the successful applicant with the opportunity to collaborate with some of the world's leading pharmaceutical clientele.
This role involves contributing your previous experience and knowledge to manage multiple projects, budgets and accounts simultaneously within a thriving Medical Education division.
To be considered for the following post, you should have experience in the following:
*Monitoring project progress and updates.
*Liaising with all in house teams and medical writing teams; whilst supporting external clients to ensure a project is running on time and to budget.
*Invoicing, monitoring and releasing payments to external suppliers.
*Completing reports and updating client records.
*Fostering impeccable communication skills, both written and verbal.
*Have well practised IT skills, with experience using Microsoft Project or Sharepoint.
*Experience in a similar position within a pharmaceutical organisation, healthcare advertising agency or medical communications company would also be advantageous.
