Our client is looking for a Market Access Director to join their team on a permanent basis. They can eithe be based in London, France or Switzerland.

The primary focus of this role will be to:

*Provide strategic recommendations for positioning products value to ensure optimal patient access and reimbursement. From early stages of development, throughout the clinics, you will support clients with the anticipation of health technologies assessment, and the design of efficient market access strategies;

*Lead the development of EU market access services for various types of medicinal products and medical devices, support subsequent collaborations with external partners (Health Economics & Outcome Research HEOR, Global Value Dossier GVD development);

*Provide guidance for the integration of a market access component within global clinical development programs (study design, incl. subgroups, choice of comparator, endpoints, etc.);

*Assist clients in consulting with key payers and HTA bodies at national and European levels.

You will work hand in hand with the regulatory team to incorporate a market access viewpoint within global development strategies, and provide the clients with strategic information for making informed decisions throughout the product development cycle. You will be responsible for structuring a market access offer, and leading new business development.

Experience:

Candidates must have a proven track record on achieving global market access projects. Experience in business development activities at an international level is highly desirable.

Ideal candidate:

*Regulatory/Scientific background;
*7+ years of demonstrated experience in an EU market access role;
*3+ years of consultancy experience;
*Practical experience of market access landscape assessment, design of EU market access strategies, leadership role in the definition of product value, generation of evidence and communication with payers;
*High motivation and flexibility;
*Client-oriented;
*Strong business development capabilities;
*Able to work in a multicultural and virtual environment;
*Proactive and enthusiastic approach to team working;
*Ready to travel on a regular basis.
