Electronics Engineer - FPGA - Cambridgeshire
An expanding Scientific Imaging Company, based in the Cambridgeshire region, is currently looking to bring in a number of experienced Electronics Engineers who have worked on technical FPGA digital design. You will be working on the electronics design of a number of Scientific & Medical Imaging products. You will be working on cutting edge scientific devises that will galvanise the Scientific Imaging sector.
You will be working in a team of Scientific Engineering experts on the electrical design and development of industry leading Scientific Imaging products. Due to the group you will be working with you will need an established understanding of electronic engineering fundamentals, ideally with strong exposure to FPGA code development.
The main focus of this role will include the development of analogue and digital electronics Scientific Devices, from conception through to completion. The ideal candidate will have worked on successful Scientific or Medical Imaging devices that have been brought to market.
You will be working on PCB layout and Schematic Capture, so any specific knowledge in this area will be highly advantageous.
Due to the minds you will be working with it is ideal if you hold a 1st or 2:1 degree in Electronics or Physics along with A's at A-level. This company offers excellent specific technology training along with very competitive salary and benefit packages.
