My client based in the Cambridgeshire area are currently looking to expand their Biochemistry Team in Protein Purification.
Currently they are looking to recruit a Biochemist Scientist to join their team in Cambridge. Candidates will ideally have experience Post-Doctoral experience in Chromatography based protein purification. You must have industrial experience and be competent in using an AKTA is essential.
This is a varied role but will primarily involve designing purification methods for anti-bacterials for internal use and to hand over to sub-contract manufactures to make material for clinical trials and commercial supply.
You must hold a PHD in Biochemistry and demonstrate a strong desire to work in a commerically focused fast paced environment.
The salary for this role is competitive and will most likely be in the region of 25-35k per annum (dependant on the applicants level of experience)
