New Business Sales Engineer - Process Analytics - based Central UK - to £35k plus bonus and bens
This field based new business development role is a UK wide position (ideally you will be located within easy access A1/M1/M62) and takes responsibility for winning and developing the business of defined key growth potential accounts in line with the clients Process Analytics growth strategy. You will focus on the refining, petrochemical and general chemical industries and therefore it is expected that you have proven success in selling technical products into these sectors. Good working knowledge of instrumentation (liquid or gas analysers), control systems, hazardous area equipment, refining/petrochem equipment would be required.
The role is to take responsibility for selling the clients Process Analytics products up to senior management level in defined Key Growth Potential Accounts and Market Segments in conjunction with the area sales engineers.
There is 100% New Business Focus and so a tenacious and commercially astute personality is paramount as is proven sales experience selling technical equipment into the process industries. You will take responsibility for and coordinate technical and commercial support for new customers, sell the clients service products associated with Process Analytics products. Once won and developed the accounts will be passed fully into the Sales Engineer team for long term care and will be replaced with new targets.
A degree or equivalent in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering is required.
A full UK driving licence is essential.
