Product Validation & Support Technician
Reports to: Product Manager
Job Purpose
To join the Product Validation & Support team responsible for Verification and Validation of Atlas’ system (currently in late development stage) and the associated pipeline of assays being developed for the system, to meet Regulatory approval for sale in Europe, USA and other markets. To assist in post-launch technical support of Atlas’ products, performing product testing and product improvement activities in response to customer feedback and market surveillance.
With a background in Microbiology you will be responsible for establishing and the subsequent maintenance of Atlas’ culture collection (bacterial & viral) used for product verification and internal assay development.
Key Responsibilities
• Establish and maintain Atlas’ culture collection of bacterial/viral species
• Perform system testing in support of Verification and Validation activities
• Perform Verification and Validation of the pipeline of assays developed for Atlas’ system
• Post-launch technical support of Atlas’ products
• Support of post-launch product improvement activities
