The Client:

The Role:
This is an absolute key management position and an integral part of Manufacturing, Manufacturing Processes, Production and Quality Operation. The Head of Operations/Operations Manager will lead the Manufacturing, Production, and Commercial teams whilst ensuring the Quality Objectives are adhered to. The position will be directly responsible to line manage Manufacturing, Production, and Plant Management teams as well as Commercial Operations.
The Candidate:
Working for a Paint/Pigment/Lacquer/Polish/Varnish manufacturing business the following competencies are being sought:
·4-5 years of Operations Management- Manufacturing & Production
·4-5 years of Improvement of Manufacturing Processes
·4-5 years of Plant and Production Duties
·Interaction with various standards- ISO, TS and EMS
·CAPEX, Budgets, Finance Management
·Leadership, Commercial Focus and High Influencing skills
·Technically Astute
