
Clinical Project Manager - General Medicine (UK/EU - home or office based)
JOB SUMMARY
A Clinical Project Manager is required by an industry leading CRO to join their specialist General Medicine Division. Your role will be to manage the execution of medium to large multi regionally-based clinical studies, from inception to completion.
You will be ensuring that all clinical study management and project demands are completed to the client's satisfaction, ensuring quality, timeliness, and adherence to budgets set out.

ROLE/DESCRIPTION
As a Senior Clinical Project Manager you will be expected to undertake full lifecycle and cross functional responsibilities which will include:
*Managing and co-ordinating the project from inception to completion
*Develop study management plans, and oversee database maintenance.
*Client interactions -liaising with sponsor providing updates and attending meetings.
*Providing feedback on team performance in relation to contract and client expectations
*Initiate problem solving and resolution and develop guidelines to proactively minimise clinical risks throughout the projects.
*Ensuring thorough review of site communications, reports and data flow information and ensure that findings are communicated to the relevant parties.
*Providing assistance and advice for new proposals and new project budgets.
*Providing input to line managers and suggesting possible further professional development for team members and providing support and mentoring for Junior PM's.
*Prepare and present project information at internal and external meetings.
REQUIREMENTS
*A Life Science or Nursing Degree
*Experience in clinical research, including previous CRA and Project Management Experience.
*Experience in General Medicine
*Experience in CRO sector is desirable
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including good command of English language
*In depth knowledge of, and skill in applying, applicable clinical research regulatory requirements; i.e., Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and ICH guidelines
