
Customer Sales & Technical Support Administrator - Hearing - London - Salary commensurate with experience
Leading supplier of specialist products to the UK's hearing healthcare professionals seeks a Customer Sales & Technical Support Administrator to be based in South London. The role involves customer sales & technical support and being responsible for the day-to-day management of the hearing division back office activities working in conjunction with the Sales Director.
You should have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to make & lead telesales campaigns. You should be able to communicate effectively with both internal and external parties and have numerical competence and basic financial analysis. Be experienced in one or more of the following areas: SAGE/CRM, ERP systems, have a clinical or EBME engineering technical background.
