Our client is an expert in Product Development and Manufacturing of Toiletries and Pharmaceuticals products.  They are currently seeking an experienced QA Manager to join their established Quality team in Hertfordshire, focussing on their supply chain and the systems processes.

Primarily the role will be to:
Manage of the site supplier audit program;
Take Lead Auditor responsibility for API and other external audits;
Manage all aspects of supplier quality management;
Review, update and implement an effective supplier approval process for raw materials and components;
Assist with the maintenance of the Group Quality Management System to meet Regulatory agreed realistic expectations
Coaching of cGMP principles 
Deputise for the Head of Quality

Reporting directly to Head of Quality, suitable candidates must be QA Management professionals with experience of vendor assurance, auditing API components to Pharma product regulations as a minimum. You will need to be flexible in your approach, working with suppliers, QA team, QC team, purchasing and assisting the site QP.
