Starting as a resourcer you will be initially trained to generate candidates for the team. Here you will focus mainly on CV searching, writing adverts, and managing response to adverts, telephone screening candidates, interviewing candidates and working closely with the consultants. Following on from this you will be trained in the art of business development and client management, as these are the key skills required if you want to progress and build a successful career in recruitment.
