A fantastic new position has become available in the city of Smolensk, Russia ( Смоленск, Россия ) for a Biostatistics / Statistics Manager ( биостатистики менеджер ). The company offering this exceptional opportunity are an expert clinical research organisation specialising in clinical monitoring, data management, quality and many other areas. They are developing well at the moment with huge global presence and a great reputation in the industry.
At present, this company have an innovative and functioning Biostatistics team in Smolensk ( Смоленск ), however, they are looking to recruit a new Biostatistics / Statistics Manager ( биостатистики менеджер ) to grow this team, enhance current international projects and become a representative of the organisation.
This role would ideally be office based, however if you have sufficient experience and are in the surrounding areas/countries, you can be based at home.
Although this position is in Russia, you will be working on various key global projects and you will be involved in overseeing the statistical aspects of projects and trials from design, through analysis and reporting, supervising and training a team of biostatisticians and programmers and working directly with client relations.
You must have previous experience in a CRO or pharmaceutical company working in Biostatistics / Statistics for a minimum of 3-4 years. Due to the diversity of the role, applicants of most levels will be considered, providing you have experience in supervising junior members of staff, project managing and bring with you enthusiasm!
