Project Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Project Manager to join a University- based, internationally leading multi-disciplinary research team working at the forefront of research on materials for sustainable construction. You will be based in Aberdeen and work in collaboration with other members of the Consortium involving teams of researchers in Scotland and Qatar.

You will be expected to manage the planning activities associated with the Green Concrete Project, including internal/ external liaison and contract and procurement activities.  Educated to Honours degree level (BSc, BEng or MEng) in engineering management or other relevant engineering or materials science discipline, you will also be expected to demonstrate experience of successful project management in a scientific research context.  

As this project is funded by the research partners, it will be offered for a period of 4 years.

Salary will be at the appropriate point on the Grade 6 salary scale (£30,122 - £35,938 per annum) with placement according to qualifications and experience.
