Clinical research associate (CRA) / manager: A healthcare communications company is continuing to grow its small CRO division and they are looking for an experienced CRA to take on the role of a manager alongside being a CRA. As a part of an international group of companies they offer great stability in a role that presents a CRA with a new challenge. This is a really unusual opportunity for a CRA to gain experience in management.
COMPANY BACKGROUND
The client is one of an international group of communications companies and is currently in the process of expanding its own CRO division. Working with some of the world’s leading pharmaceutical and biotech companies means that you will cover an interesting range of therapeutic areas and get plenty of variety. They bring together a range of expertise from both clinical research and commercial backgrounds which brings an element of innovation to this exciting organisation.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
As a CRA / Manager you will be responsible for the following amongst other things:
· Managing, training and supporting the CRA Team
· Liaising with sites in the UK and Germany
· Coordinate start up and investigator meetings
· Regular site monitoring visits
SKILLS DESIRED
· Life sciences degree
· Strong CRA background – 2 years+
· Knowledge of ICH-GCP (can be trained)
· Communication and organisational skills

Salary: £35k – 45k + benefits
