A highly innovative life science company that has grown significantly over the last five years is keen to recruit a Technical Applications Support specialist based from their office in the UK to support their French speaking customers.
The role will involve supporting users of their genomic research instruments, trouble shooting technical issues and providing detailed technical advice to both customers and sales staff.
The role is predominantly office based although there will be the occasional field based trip to seminars and customer sites. You will join a large team and be given full customer based training to ensure you are confident in the role.
The successful candidate will be a graduate with research experience or have higher level qualifications and be entirely fluent in French. You should be familiar with sequencing, microarrays and associated analysis software. Excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to move into a technical support role are essential.
