Lab Support is currently looking for 2 Recruiters - one for our branch in Cambridge which covers East Anglia, London and Kent and the other for our Windsor Head Office which covers London and the South of England. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following (other duties may be assigned):
· Phone screen and interview potential applicants.
· Matching candidates with clients to fulfill their recruiting needs
· Managing key accounts, including employee management
· Follow up potential Lab Support candidates from referrals, job fairs and company/client- sponsored events.
· Managing quality service through follow-up calls and resolving ad-hoc issues.
· Generate and actively recruit referrals from current and former Lab Support employees and candidates
· Contributing to overall market growth by: -
o Delivering quality service to all clients and employees –
o Communicating with local and Corporate Operations team members on issues and schedules
o Representing Lab Support’s professionalism and unique service to the highest degree possible
o General ad-hoc branch assistance including answering phones, filing and candidate follow up.
The ideal candidate will have:
· A scientific-based degree (or equivalent) in chemical, biological or food sciences.
· Previous experience in a recruitment environment is desirable although not essential.
· Must be detail-oriented, organised, with the ability to prioritise and efficiently to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
· Excellent communication, skills including a demonstrated ability to work well and effectively with others.
