Our client are a multinational FMCG organisation who are looking for a Regulatory Affairs Professional to join their Germ Protection and Personal Care department based in East Yorkshire. This position is a 12 month fixed term contract.

Summary:
To assist the line manager with the management and co-ordination of regulatory compliance activities for Germ Protection and Personal Care (GPPC) ensuring, through effective project management, that all work is delivered to plan


Responsibilities:
Deliver regulatory compliance project activities by effective project management with specific reference to the new EU Cosmetics Regulation and roll-out globally.
Support the line manager to execute the Cosmetics Re-cast Compliance project for the Hygiene Germ Protection and Personal Care brands.
Work collaboratively with appropriate company personnel and contractors (when required) to co-ordinate the regulatory work stream elements.
Maintain documented regulatory project plans.
Facilitate the development and documentation of revised regulatory processes in line with global processes.
Advise R&D and Supply personnel on data requirements for any updates and amendments necessary to maintain compliance.
Assist in the preparation of responses to address significant safety and/or regulatory issues relating our products.
Assist in regulatory training and communication planning and execution


Requirements:
Educated to honours degree level in Chemistry, Biological Science or Life Sciences
Experience working within Regulatory Affairs is essential and experience of cosmetics would be preferred.
Experience of project management is preferred.
