EU Regulatory Intelligence Leader - Buckinghamshire - Pharmaceutical

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Regulatory Affairs professional to join a world leading Global Pharmaceutical Healthcare company as the EU Regulatory Intelligence Leader, the role will be based in Buckinghamshire.

This expanding and highly successful Pharmaceutical Healthcare Company specialises in pre-symptomatic disease prevention in an attempt to improve patient's life expectancy and quality of life at a lower cost. Their services include Medical Diagnostics and Imaging, Biopharmaceuticals, Drug Discovery, Manufacturing and Performance Improvement.

As the EU Regulatory Intelligence Leader you will report to the Head of EU Regulatory Affairs and be part of the Medical Diagnostics team which sits within the company's Pharmaceutical division. You will be responsible for gathering and communicating regulatory information according to relevant legislation, you will liaise regularly with regulatory authorities, with the company's regional and national regulatory groups and with all functions of Medical Diagnostics.

Key responsibilities:

*Provide regulatory intelligence for assigned activities
*Assess the impact of collated regulatory information and communicate this
*Communicate any regulatory authority guideline changes
*Negotiate strategies
*Provide expert regulatory advice
*Act as company representative at Industry Trade Associations
*Manage regulatory processes ensuring approvals and maintenance

The role will require you to have a relevant life science degree, an additional regulatory affairs certificate or qualification would be beneficial, a minimum of 5 years Pharmaceutical Regulatory Affairs industry experience is essential and prior regulatory intelligence and/or strategy guideline experience would be ideal. You should be an organised and influential team player who works equally as well in a team and who has excellent prioritization, communication, presentation, problem solving and negotiating skills.
