Job Title: Technical Support Specialist – Clinical diagnostics instrumentation

Job Description: To provide internal and external customers with technical and application support for the Clinical Diagnostics product range. Take phone calls and emails from customers and provide technical help and advice on their equipment and applications. Also answer customer enquiries on price and choice of equipment. To liaise with instrument Service team to arrange engineer visits or in-house repair of faulty/damaged equipment . To use the existing reporting system to help managing ongoing cases.
Essential Skills: BSc or equivalent in Biomedical Sciences. Experience in clinical chemistry, immunoassay or HPLC would be advantageous.
Good telephone voice, excellent organization skills.
Ability to work on own initiative.
Good customer service skills
Ability and willingness to be adaptable
Salary: £18 – 28,000
Location: Hemel Hempstead
