Sales and Service Administrator - Quotations - Hampshire
A highly technical scientific organisation is seeking a new administrator for their sales, service and quotations team based near Andover. Working within a fast paced sales and service divisions, you will provide support in providing quotations, inputting orders and liaising with customers. This is a fantastic position where you can develop your career within this support and administrative position.
Working from their offices in Andover, you will be the front line of support for customers in providing quotations for their highly technical scientific products. You will be providing quotations for a range of highly technical products and services using technical drawings provided. As this is a highly customer focussed position, you will have excellent communication skills and a keen attention to detail. You will also be proficient in using computers on a regular basis with knowledge of sales order databases being particularly advantageous.
To be qualified for this opportunity you will have a working knowledge of MS Office application and have previous customer service experience. In addition you will have excellent communication skills and work in an efficient manner.
