Title: Senior Drug Safety Physician - Switzerland
The Position:
Key People are working with a world leading pharmaceutical company to offer and experienced industry medic the opportunity of joining their drug safety team. This is an extremely involved position leading all aspects global of safety strategy, risk management, signal detection and PSURs for blockbuster drugs.
Qualifications/Experience:
* Medical Degree required. Speciality Board certification desirable
* Useful additional degrees: postgraduate degree in Pharmaceutical Medicine; Master of Public Health in Epidemiology (or equivalent)
* Strong postdoctoral clinical experience
* At least 7 years progressive experience in drug development in a major pharmaceutical company (of which 3 years in a global position), including 4 years in safety or clinical development at a leading medical position
* Expertise and demonstrated leadership in preparing or contributing to preparation of clinical safety assessments and regulatory reports/submissions involving safety information - to include NDA submission documents demonstrated strong and effective leadership of cross-functional, multi-cultural teams
