A global leader in Pharmaceuticals with offices in Frimley has requested the sourcing and selection of a Technical Project Co-ordinator.

This is a permanent position in the supply chain management area of the business with a starting salary of 30-33K GBP and a projected annual bonus of 10%

Major Accountabilities:
- Project management of new local products to expand portfolio
- Set up of global master data (GMD) in SAP for supply chain
- Ensure all GMD codes are correctly extended in all functions, supply chain, QA and finance
- Drive integration into supply chain of supply switches without supply interruption and minimal write-offs
- Work closely with the technical aspects of the generics business ? in particular Regulatory Affairs, QA and PV
- Support analysis of weak-point products, including managing galenical work in the cases of product remediation
- To raise product launch check lists (PLCs) to initiate the supply and launch process by working with the marketing group, sales and regulatory
- Submit product sourcing requests to the PSC group for changes to local supply chains
- Ensure the forecasting tool, APO, has been updated
- Ensure all artwork has been submitted on time
- Raise TPC requests and ensure supply price requests have been sent for transfer pricing
- To carry out what if scenarios in terms of quantities to be delivered for launches if there are limited stocks
- Mitigate any delays in product transfers and new launches

Desired applicant experience:
- 3 years project management experience
- Ideally in Pharmaceutical / Food / OTC / FMCG
- Excel proficient
- Knowledge of using SAP or similar ERP system desirable
- Technical experience, preferably in a pharmaceutical manufacturing site
- Good understanding of Regulatory Affairs
- Desirable to have an understanding of PV and QA
