Our Flintshire based client develops and manufactures a range of speciality chemicals. They are actively looking for an Analytical Scientist to join their team.

Duties for this position will include:

Preparing samples for analysis
Performing a range of analyses / determinations
Producing valid and accurate analytical results
Developing analytical methods and processes
Using SOPs
Carrying out all work in line with H&S, COSHH and ISO 9002, GLP and Quality guidelines

Applications are invited from candidates who have their own transport with a HNC / BSc in a scientific subject together preferably with some previous industry experience/suitable skills and abilities.

Experience of the following would be desirable but not essential:

Formulation
HPLC / GC
Powder handling
Experience of cleaning products, Detergents/Surfactants

This is a Permanent contract offering an attractive salary (depending on skills and abilities)

Role: Permanent
Location: NW
Salary: Circa 18,000 per annum
