
Our client are a multinational FMCG business who are looking for Regulatory Affairs Associates at all levels to join their personal care/ hygiene team. Candidates must have regulatory affairs experience to be considered for these roles
Responsibilities:
Work collaboratively with line manager and other personnel in order to implement the regulatory strategy
Work collaboratively with appropriate company personnel and contractors (when required) to define global registration dossiers.
Assist in monitoring, collecting, interpreting and sharing with the various functions in the category, regulatory issues and trends that will impact our products, policies and procedures and assist in the development of strategies and plans of action to address them.
Advise R&D personnel on data requirements for any amendments necessary to maintain compliance.
Advise Category Development personnel on regulatory, safety and labelling related issues.
Assist in the preparation of responses to address significant safety and/or regulatory issues relating to our products.
Provide technical support to respond to consumer and legal enquiries concerning technical, safety, environmental and regulatory issues for our products.
Support internal investigations into allegations of non-compliance and coordinate the activities necessary to expeditiously resolve regulatory disputes.
Manage statutory reporting requirements, as required.
Liaise with key suppliers in order to ensure up to date regulatory information is available to the business.
Facilitate the development and documentation of revised regulatory processes in line with global processes.
Assist in regulatory training and communication planning and execution
Experience Required:
Educated to honours degree level in Chemistry, Biological Science or Life Sciences
Ability to understand and interpret directives, regulations and regulatory guidelines and communicate them effectively to the relevant stakeholders.
Experience working within Regulatory Affairs is essential and experience of cosmetics would be preferred.
Experience of project management is preferred.
