Study Start-Up CRA (Start-up Clinical Research Associate): This is an unusual role for a CRA looking to specialise in in study start up. You will be an important part of the process, helping to coordinate various aspects of the start-up procedure, carrying out site evaluations and supporting the start-up team. This is a great role for either a CRA or a Start-Up Associate who is looking for something a little bit different. Home based option for experienced candidates.
COMPANY BACKGROUND
The client is an international CRO which is continuing to grow. Currently they have more than 11,000 employees across 45 different countries. They cover all of the major therapeutic areas in studies across Phases I to IV giving plenty of flexibility. As one of the top CROs with over twenty years’ experience this is a great environment in which to develop as a Start-Up Associate.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
As an SSA I, II or Senior, your role will include:
· Full clinical submissions – regulatory and ethics, inform consent
· Driving forward site activities
· Ensuring investigators/site contacts are happy
· Coordination with CRAs and clinical division
SKILLS DESIRED
This role will require:
· CTA/CRA or Trials Coordinator – 1+yrs experience
· Life Sciences degree
· CRO or Pharma employment
· Excellent communication, organisation skills

Salary: £25k - £30k + benefits
