COMPANY BACKGROUND:
The Healthcare Communications Network comprises 13 distinct divisions, providing market-leading services. Spread between the North West, Home Counties and Central London within the UK, the network also has a strong presence in the US and Central Europe.
This agency specifically has been going for over 10 years, and is a now a team of 20, covering oncology, cardio-vascular and oncology amongst others. The agency does a lot of international work, in the US and the Far East.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
To consistently produce high quality medical education and communications materials for the pharmaceutical industry and other educational bodies that consistently meet the project specification, budget and delivery schedule.
To maintain an up-to-date knowledge of healthcare compliance guidelines, laws and standard operating procedures and ensure adherence at all times.
This role will suit those Medical Writers looking to work for a dynamic agency within a well-established network that has a presence in UK, Europe and USA. In return the agency is willing to offer a competitive basic salary and generous benefits package.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Applicants must have a life science degree (preferably a PhD); previous writing experience from an agency environment is absolutely essential.
