Our Cambridge based client is actively looking for a Site Quality Manager to ensure the maintenance of QMS systems of a busy Food testing laboratory.

Duties for this position will include:-

- Advise on and monitor all aspects of the QMS within the chemistry departments
- Regularly perform trend analysis of QUETRAC events to support the laboratories continuous improvements
- Acting on any adverse events
- Managing internal and external QC samples
- Recording and trending results
- Performing calibration checks, checking equipment and documentation
- Performing preventative actions on out of spec results
- Managing site audit plan
- Performing Validation exercises
- Advising customers on Quality standards in lab
- Managing Change Control and Risk management when required

Applications are invited from candidates with a BSc / MSc in Chemistry or related subject, together with previous suitable skills and experience working with appropriate Quality systems.

This is a permanent position, offering a salary of up to £24,000 (depending on skills and abilities)
