Our East Yorkshire based client manufacture a range of medical device products; they are actively looking for an R&D Associate.

Duties for this position will include : -

-    Responsibility for product development and production activities on compression material products and materials
-    Awareness of consumer trends to support product development innovation
-    Working with a multidisciplinary team, providing strong technical problem solving skills
-    Co-ordinating product development factory trials
-    Supporting ideas / innovation
-    Ensuring technical specifications
-    Line management of Assistants
-    Ensuring all IP considerations are taken into account

Applications are invited from candidates with a BSc / MSc in Chemistry or similar, together with previous suitable skills and experience.

This is a permanent opportunity offering a salary of up to £45,000 (depending on skills and experience)
