Our client looking for an LC - MS Analyst to work from their Laboratory in Letchworth, Hertfordshire. Our client provides analytical services to the environmental services industry. It specialises in the analysis of pesticide and persistent organic pollutants, an area of growing importance as these can cause significant harm to people and the natural environment.
Position: LC-MS/MS Analyst
Location: Letchworth, Hertfordshire
Key Responsibilities:
* Analysis of environmental samples by LC-MS/MS.
* Routine and non-routine analyses
* Input into method development and validation as required.
* Analysis of study data and writing of reports
Skills/Knowledge required:
* Qualified to degree level
* Minimum of 2/3 years experience with LC-MS/MS
* Previous work with environmental samples is advantageous
* Good communication skills, a team-player, attention to detail & ability to work to deadlines
