As a Scientific Communication Leader, NOT ONLY will you be in charge of providing and coordinating scientific communication within the organization, BUT ALSO you will be directly responsible for defining and implementing the scientific communication strategy for the entire China Research & Innovation entity. NOT ONLY will you help the Research & Innovation team and develop relations with our key scientific stakeholders in China BUT ALSO you will establish a strategic vision and action plan of scientific communication in order to reach L’Oréal China business objectives’. NOT ONLY will you be responsible for informing the local and international specialist press network (press releases, press conferences, and publishing articles), BUT ALSO you will take part in major national and international scientific events in order to develop our R&I visibility and reputation Are you ready to be a leader and to talk science? You have a scientific background (ideally PhD) and associated with a communication and/or journalistic experience.
You have some great communication and leadership skills; you are able to analyze synthetize and share scientific data and consumer insights to your collaborators.
With your communication skills, you are able to create a breakthrough content to engage stakeholders & consumers.
