You will be in charge of an exciting and fundamental project: building and implementing the external communication strategy the will be in line with the International R&I strategy and R&I Communication strategy. In collaboration with the International Scientific Communication Direction, you will share your plan with the zone and the corporate teams. You will also have the chance to manage scientific and media relations, including stakeholders such as Regulatory affairs, suppliers, partners…

By planning out the image strategy of the R&I GM, preparing for interviews and advising for internal and external speeches, you will support and advise the R&I country GM and R&I senior management with regard to scientific communication topics

You will be the leader of Internal Communication by creating an internal communication plan in line with the external one

In collaboration with the country Corporate Issue Management team and International Scientific Communication, you will support crisis and manage issues

Since you are in a strategic position, L’Oréal will also give you the opportunity to develop stakeholders’ strategy in line with the Group strategy by building a stakeholder mapping

Not only will you manage the department’s budget, you are also responsible for recruiting and managing teams and you are in charge of ensuring development of Communication expertise

Who are you?

You have a strong scientific background and you have an excellent understanding of Research & Innovation as well as brand stakes. Your professional surrounding was always impressed by your strategic vision and your knowledge and your identification of key stakeholders

Your knowledge of media relations management, of Corporate Communication and of R&I strategies are hard to question

When you are not rolling up your sleeves, you will have the chance to talk or present your different projects to some of our curious collaborators. Coffee breaks and meetings will be an excellent way to show how you are at ease when communicating with someone

Your Human sensitivity has been appreciated in the past and today, you want to use these skills to interact efficiently with your team and other members of L’Oréal
