Meet are partnering with an independently owned & run boutique Medical Education agency based in Greater New York. The agency recently celebrated their 10 year anniversary and have more recently experienced huge success in acquiring new business and growing their existing client base. Due to these new business wins, the agency are looking to expand their already talented team!

Role responsibilities: 
Leads the creation of content for various therapeutic areas, including literature searches, creation of outlines, and writing content.

Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of assigned therapeutic areas. 

Actively participates in brand planning, strategic development and ensures that medical education communication plans have alignment between issues, strategies, and programming.

Select participants and direct and/or develop content for symposia, advisory boards; moderate advisory board meetings, where necessary.

Provide direction to writers and editors and develop and/or revise content where necessary.

Deliver projects that consistently meet the agreed upon objectives.


Work with operations staff to ensure all projects with medical content are on track and the content is delivered on time.


Interact with healthcare professionals on programs to meet strategic objectives.

Evaluate scientific data regarding the market potential of various therapeutic areas/disease states and assist in the prioritization of areas to pursue.

Attend conferences, trade shows, or other venues as necessary.

Skills required:
An advanced degree in life science is required PharmD, PhD, MD, DO, MSc degree is a plus.

3 to 4 years related pharmaceutical marketing, communications, or health education experience.

Superb writing skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as a team player.
Intermediate proficiency in the use of Word, Excel, Outlook, and the Internet.
