Hyper Recruitment Solutions are currently looking for a Territory Manager to join a Global Medical Technology company to cover the North West territory area. As the Territory Manager you will be responsible for managing the Business across the North West UK territory, selling Surgical Safety Solutions into secondary care accounts.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your duties as the Territory Manager will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

1. You will be expected to meet or exceed annual and quarterly sales targets by generating new and managing existing secondary care accounts across the North West region of the UK.

2. You will aim to maximise sales across the North West by co-ordinating product in-servicing, on-going education and follow-up while also implementing the brand marketing campaigns and corporate objectives.

3. You will need to develop a strong understanding of the clinical and political environments surrounding surgical Safety Solutions and work alongside colleagues across the UK, sharing best practise and market intelligence, to ensure success.

4. Utilise and maintain the CRM database and sales records and keep all account plans and daily activity records organised in order to complete an annual business plan to be reviewed at regular team meetings.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the Territory Manager we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

1. A University Degree in a Scientific, Marketing, Sales or Business related subject is essential.

2. Proven sales track-record in a Field based role within the Healthcare or Pharmaceutical Industry, with specific experience selling into Secondary Care within a Surgical/ Theatre environment is essential.

3. A working knowledge of product adoption and the procurement process within the NHS is also essential.
