A highly innovative life science company that has developed a new research instrument is keen to recruit their first field service engineer who will be based from their offices in Cambridge and travel across Europe.

The role will involve installing, handling service visits and emergency repair situations and also initial user training of the platforms. You will take an active role in developing the correct service process internally and really help the company put in place a best practice process to support their customers. As the install base grows it is likely that you would be expected to grow a team and take on a leadership function within the business.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company in a highly visible role where you will have the freedom and be encouraged to establish the best processes to support the customers.

We are keen to speak with experienced field service engineers or site based service engineers that are commutable to Cambridge in the first instance, those with experience with flow cytometry systems, liquid handling systems or laser based instruments would be of high interest.
