Experienced HPLC / UHPLC Applications Scientist

We are currently accepting applications for an experienced HPLC / UHPLC Applications Scientist, based in our modern production and research laboratories in Theale, Berkshire.

The successful candidate will be joining a small but dynamic team of experienced, technical and motivated individuals. The team is tasked with the development and testing of new innovative products including generating data for commercial product launches. It is essential that the successful candidate be very familiar with HPLC / UHPLC method development for small molecules.

Candidates offering large molecule method development and application experience in addition to these skills are particularly welcomed. Project work will be diverse and is likely to include:

  • Developing separations / applications for use in commercial product literature
  • Proposing separations for commercial positioning & maximising advantages of current and new column products
  • Generating data to be used in a variety of technical communication formats that include posters, slides, application notes, technical bulletins etc
  • Working with external companies / individuals to support purchased products

It is expected that the candidate will be autonomous and inquisitive with a very high level of attention to detail.
