Key Responsibilities:

  • Expanding and maintenance of business relationships with global key account and distribution partners with the goal of sustainable increase in sales
  • Concept development for strategic customer service and advancement of the key account field
  • Evaluation of customer requirements and formulation of solution approaches 
  • Managing projects to fulfil customer specific requirements or to collaborate with partners (e.g. Providers of bioreactors, automation solutions)
  • As a result close communication with internal sectors like regulatory affairs, production, F&E, logistics, customer support
  • Analysis of market and sales data

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Degree in business administration or natural sciences
  • Minimum of 3 years sales experience in Life science sector
  • Experience in multidisciplinary project management
  • Ideally knowledge in the fields of cell culture, cell therapy, gene therapy
  • Distinct entrepreneurial thinking and acting 
  • High customer and service orientation and quality awareness
  • Outstandingly high communications and cooperation skills as well as a convincing personal appearance even in an international environment
  • Very good English skills
  • Organisational talent, engagement, persuasiveness and excellent communication skills
  • Willingness to travel
